Growing a newly renovated boutique hotel, Bahia Hotel & Beach House, located in Cabo San Lucas, MX via digital marketing strategies focused on DTC approach & cross-marketing partnerships. Our initial goal was to elevate the brand’s presence across all digital platforms as well as development of new website in order to target new audiences / markets & pushing direct businesses allowing for the brand to increase their DTC business up to 71% as well as double their ADR.
